Maxima offers a Complimentary Membership network as well as Private Matchmaking Memberships involving a dedicated matchmaker. Every application is personally reviewed, and admission to the Maxima network is at our sole discretion. Maxima facilitates introductions between members but does not guarantee any particular outcome, relationship, or match.

Matchmaking is a personal, human-led process. While Maxima uses professional judgment, experience, and care in every introduction, we do not and cannot guarantee compatibility, a relationship, engagement, marriage, or any other particular outcome from participation in our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including damages related to introductions or interactions with other members.
