How is coaching different from matchmaking?
In matchmaking, we lead a private search and introduce you to people we have selected. In coaching, you date independently, on the apps, in your social circles or anywhere else, and we help you make better decisions along the way.
What happens after I reserve?
A member of our team will contact you within one business day with payment details and to schedule your first session. No payment is taken when you reserve.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
Sessions are held privately by video call, so you can work with us from anywhere.
Can I move from coaching into Private Matchmaking?
Yes. Many people begin with coaching and move into Private Matchmaking when they are ready for us to lead the search. Simply let your coach know.
Does the Dating Club guarantee introductions?
No. Maxima First Look™ means Club members are among the first profiles our matchmakers review when a private client search matches their profile, but introductions are never guaranteed. You can cancel your membership anytime.
What happens if I upgrade to Private Matchmaking?
If you move from the Dating Club into a Private Matchmaking membership, your last month's Club fee is credited toward it, and your profile and vetting are already complete, so your search can begin straight away.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final, and there are no refunds. You may cancel your Maxima Dating Club subscription anytime, and you will not be billed again after you cancel.
